Return&Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Our returns policy allows you to send your item(s) back and receive a full refund* if you contact us (by Email,Live Chat or Call) within 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s) and then return to us a further 14 days after this date. Nearly all refunds are processed the day they are received.

Returning Unwanted Items:
Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the original payment method you used to place your order.
In order to return any item(s) as unwanted and receive a full refund*, the following conditions apply:
1.The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received
2.Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any instructions, guarantee,dismantling device and extras that was included within it
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.
How To Return Items
If you are eligible for a return, please email us at service@redearwatch.com to make a return request. Please include a brief note with your order number and reason for return.
To expedite exchanging for different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us . Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Redear will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
*For return or exchange request, please write down your order number and return or exchange request and ship back with the items in the original boxes.
We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
SHIPPING COSTS
1.The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returns. You may use your own shipping method at your own cost. For defective items, we will send you return labels.
2.Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns);
PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items.
